For your first appointment we provide a consultation where you can describe your needs and we can share more about what we do. This is an opportunity for each of us to decide if it would be a good fit working with each other.

If you are scheduling a consultation for a child 12 years or younger, please do not bring your child to the initial consult.

Release of information
Cost depends on services, our rates run $110-$155/ session.
​
Prepaid sessions must be used within 3 months of payment and are non-transferable & non-refundable.
​
insurance information
We are out of network. What that means is we can provide you a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement. You may want to check your out of network benefits.
It is also important to know that a diagnosis must be given for insurance reimbursement. This may not be in your best interest.
invoice for tax purposes
We are happy to provide this at customers request.
If a tax receipt is requested for a client over 14 years old, a release of information needs to be signed by the client before the receipt can be released.
